I am an ardent and passionate home cook. I’ve loved food and cooking for as long as I can remember, but only recently has that love turned into real study. I love to explore food, be it a certain ingredient, flavor, or cuisine, and trying out a new recipe or technique is my idea of a good time. The Flown Scissortail is a space for me to lay down these food thoughts that consume 90% of my waking time.
What’s in my name? The scissortail is a bird and an homage to my homeland left behind me several years ago.
